Thanks to Bálint and momolang momo for pointing out the need for the He圎ditor folder in newer versions. (I am still using Notepad++ itself.) Instead, I use HxD, which is both powerful and beginner-friendly. The Notepad++ hex editor does not have to undo support, so I no longer use it. This will toggle whether you are viewing the file in hex.
